On this morning in Lake Nakuru, Kenya, I decided to concentrate on the fringes of the magnificent golden fever tree forest. On my last morning in the Pilansburg I arrived at a hide waiting for the sun to rise, but it started to rain instead. After some lifeless photos, I rushed back to the car, picked up my tripod, a flash stand, my flash and some remote flash triggers.
